Important aspects when ordering

Gustafs Panel System® are produced and supplied on the basis of the customer’s specifications. After we have been given all the measurements and details, the panels are manufactured and then delivered directly to the building site. It is usually the fitting company that is responsible for taking the measurements and drawing up the specification. In order for us to be able to provide a binding offer we require, for example: total volume, panel dimension, wood type, type of perforation/slotting and edge.

Standard or special design

We can provide all types of individual special solutions.
This, however, imposes the requirement of some preliminary work involving the taking of measurements and imposes limitations in the form of it being more difficult to supplement and the fact that there is a risk of colour differences. In a rapid building process there is not always time for taking all the necessary measurements.
Our recommendation is then to employ panels that are of a standard format together with our Capax system.
The panels are cut into the right size at the construction site and, by means of the Capax profiles, a perfect assembly is achieved.

Reduce the cost!

The most effective way of reducing the cost of a panel installation is to choose Gustafs Panel System® in standard format and use Capax profiles for wall and ceiling installation. Costs for standard panels are 15-25 % cheaper than special formats. Capax profile system ensures a secure and time saving installation. In this way savings of 20-30 % can be achieved without compromising quality in preference to a tailor-made solution. Rational choices of materials and efficient installation solutions are watchwords in today´s building processes.
