Gustafs has a long history within the joinery industry and even though many projects can involve thousands of square metres these days we are able, thanks to our flexible production, to assist you even with small specially formed parts. Small parts that make a big difference!
Curved panels
It is possible to bend Gustafs BF-panels down to a radius of 5 m. The following conditions apply:
Radius >10 m
Straight panels are bent and mounted with Capax profile system.
Radius 5-10 m
Panels are glued and screwed to the underlying support in desired radius. These coffers are mounted together on the construction site and will then form a continuous curved panel surface.
Radius <5 m
Bending of the panels into a radius of less than 5 m is made only on MDF-based material and is therefore not available as a Euroclass B fire approved panel.
