Capax Installation system
Our unique aluminium profile system for walls and ceilings goes under the name of Capax.
The Capax system encompasses several solutions which take into account functional and aesthetic demands. There are several solutions for joints, meetings and finishes. The profiles are both strong and tortionally rigid. These characteristics are important to insure ease of installation and guarantee an accurately plane finish. Certain profiles enable panels to be cut on site and contribute to disguising the cut surface. This possibility increases the installer’s scope to use standard formats which can be then customised on site. If necessary, the panels can be produced using edge configurations allowing demounting and thereby access to installations behind the panel wall or ceiling.
The Capax installation system provides a simple, efficient and secure installation, an installation that meets the demands of the modern building process.
Capax profiles
Capax profiles used in wall installations are supplied in lengths of 2400mm. Our profiles for ceiling applications come in various lengths from 2400 to 3120mm. All profiles can be cut on site using a high speed circle saw. The profiles should be mounted using a self drilling flat headed screw. Countersunk screws should be avoided as they deform the profile. The Capax profiles come with a plain aluminium finish. Profiles utilised in corners or finishing ends are supplied in an anodised silver grey tone.
